Appointment times

We are excited about showing you Mérida from a local perspective. We know your time is valuable and limited. In order to use your time productively, a two day notice allows us to arrange the most showings in your price range and type of property desired.

Legal services

We will be there to assist you in every step through the closing process and refer you to a knowledgeable attorney for information and advice regarding property ownership in Yucatan.

Bilingual – Spanish/English

Our staff is completely bilingual in Spanish and English and will help you with any and all translations.

Transportation

Arriving in a foreign city can be confusing. We are happy to provide transportation from the airport to your place of stay and provide transportation to see listed properties.

Accommodations

During your stay in Mérida we can recommend B&Bs, guest houses or hotels to make your stay comfortable. We can even suggest tours for your spare time to familiarize yourself with Mérida many cultural sites and the countryside. Because we are locals, we want you to be as familiar with Mérida as possible to ensure an easy transition to your new location.

Fees

Our fees include a small per diem of $25.00 USD for one half day and $50.00 USD each full day plus gasoline expenses for showing property. These are happily refunded to you at closing.

We charge a standard 6 percent sales commission paid at the closing.

References

We gladly supply references from former and current clients living in and outside of Mérida upon request.

We work with other agencies to ensure you will find your perfect Mérida Home.
